Patricia and Kelli's Vacation

During Sring Break week (March 16 to 20) Patricia and Kelli took a little vacation and went on a cruise from Florida to the Bahamas and Key West. They had a great time, even though it rained most of the day they had planned to spend on the beach. Patricia used plenty of sun screen and only had sun burn on the tops of her feet. Kelli didn't use sun screen and got a nice tan.

Dan and Rachel's Wedding

Dan and Rachel were married in Dallas, Texas, on November 26, 2008. We had a great time and hope you enjoy a few photos from the wedding day.

Trip to Dallas, Texas

We just returned from a short trip to Dallas, Texas. The wedding of Dan and Rachel Bastian was the best thing, but we also enjoyed being together with our family. Besides the wedding, we visited the site that John F. Kennedy was killed. We had a Thanksgiving Dinner, cooked in a couple of motel microwave ovens. Most of us also visited a beautiful arboretum in Ft. Worth.

Dan and Rachel Engaged

Dan and Rachel Bastian are planning a November 25, 2008, wedding in the Dallas, TX, temple. We are looking forward to being there for the wedding.

Shae's Cross Country Meets

Shae is just finishing his cross country meets. He ran in the Conference Meet last Saturday (Oct 18) in Menomonie and runs in the Sectional Meet next Saturday (Oct 25) in LaCrosse. He has done very well this year. At the Conference Meet he ran the 3.2 mile race in about 18 minutes, 50 seconds.

Trip to Idaho and Utah

We just returned from a quick trip to Idaho and Utah. We enjoyed visiting Mary Lynn and family in Pocatello; Mark, Tiff and Zach in Twin Falls; lots of family in Utah; and had a celebration for Jana and Dave at a park in Provo Canyon.
